1.Leading development projects to success together with global internal and external project teams. 2.Register project, monitoring and reporting the project works 3.Creating and executing project plans and revising them as needed 4.Collect and clarify requirements with the business representatives, involving global Architecture and Domains as needed. 5.Managing day-to-day operational aspects of projects including project payment milestones 6.Reviewing deliverables prepared by delivery team before submitting to the customer 7.Effectively managing communication across all levels of management (both China and oversea teams) 8.Serve as the subject-matter expert for functional capabilities and underlying technical aspects of IT/digital platforms. 9.Support the day-to-day operation of the delivered projects to ensure smooth performance of the systems. Requirements 1.At least Bachelor’s Degree in Information system or technology 2.3+ years of experience in leading IT projects. 3.High sense of responsibility and commitment. 4.Systematic approach and business-oriented mindset combined with good articulation skills. 5.High degree of intercultural awareness. 6.Innovative, open minded, self-responsible and self-driven personality. 7.Fluent in English, verbal and writing; fluent in Chinese Mandarin. 8.Experience in ERP(Microsoft AX) would be prefer 9.Experience in cross system and application would be prefer 10.With PMP Certification would be a prefer
